Services

What Our Services Cover

We help small nonprofits make their services reachable: clearer multilingual access, smoother workflows, stronger digital infrastructure, training, and reusable resources.

Where We Help

Three barriers we help remove

An organization can be doing everything right and still be invisible to the people it exists to serve. Usually the barrier is one of these.

Access

We make essential information findable in the languages people actually speak: hours, locations, eligibility, programs, and how to get help, translated and readable on a screen reader or an old phone.

Operations

We help teams choose the right tools, clean up confusing workflows, build forms or dashboards, and focus on improvements that make daily work easier.

Infrastructure

We handle hosting, domains, DNS, security, updates, backups, redirects, and support so the information people depend on stays online and current.

Who We Serve

Built for the organizations neighbors turn to first

We help small 501(c)(3) nonprofits and mission-driven organizations that connect people to food assistance, healthcare, housing, and educational programs, and that cannot afford professional IT support. When technology stands between a neighbor and the help they need, that is the gap we are here to close.

501(c)(3) Nonprofits

Registered public charities serving the public good that need practical technology support without adding paid IT costs.

Food Assistance & Direct Service

Food pantries, meal programs, mutual aid networks, and community aid groups meeting urgent local needs.

Health & Community Wellness

Clinics, mental health groups, recovery programs, and wellness nonprofits where access and reliability decide who gets care.

Housing & Shelter

Shelters, housing navigators, tenant support groups, and rental assistance programs whose intake and eligibility details have to be clear.

Education & Youth Programs

Schools, tutoring groups, after-school programs, ESOL classes, and literacy nonprofits that families need to be able to find and enroll in.

Civic, Cultural & Environmental

Neighborhood groups, libraries, arts organizations, and organizing groups that depend on outreach and participation across a whole community.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is it really free?

Yes. We're a Massachusetts 501(c)(3) and our work is funded by donations and volunteer time, not by the organizations we help. There are no fees, no contracts, and nothing is asked in return.

Who is eligible?

Small 501(c)(3) nonprofits are our primary audience, especially those connecting underserved communities to essential services and unable to afford professional IT. Fiscally sponsored projects and small mission-driven groups serving the public good can still reach out, and we'll give a straight answer either way.

How long does it take?

It depends on the work and on how much volunteer time we have. We'll give you an honest estimate once we understand what's needed, and we'd rather quote long and deliver than the reverse.

What if I need changes after launch?

Reach out and we'll help. We don't consider a partnership finished at launch, though how fast we can respond depends on volunteer capacity at the time.

Who is your organization struggling to reach?

Tell us who is falling through the gap. No cost, and an honest answer either way.
